Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and confident Web Chat Specialist to join our team at SAP in London, England, UK. As a part-time entry-level position with one year of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions. You must have strong persuasion and critical thinking skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide solutions to their inquiries.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries - Utilize critical thinking skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Stay informed about company products and services to effectively assist customers - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent persuasion and critical thinking skills - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
