Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and motivated Web Chat Specialist to join our team at USAA in London, England, UK. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions with our members.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and assistance with their inquiries. 2. Utilize time management skills to effectively handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 3. Demonstrate project management skills to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 4. Collaborate with other team members to deliver a seamless and consistent customer experience. 5. Keep up to date with product and service knowledge to accurately answer customer questions. 6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers. 7. Meet performance goals and metrics set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 4. Have a proactive and customer-focused approach to problem-solving. 5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools. 6. Time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 7. Project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 8. Must be eligible for work in the UK.
