Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Cruise Automation in London, England, UK. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide timely and accurate information - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Assist customers in navigating our website and online services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Update and maintain customer records and chat logs - Monitor chat performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and driven attitude to handle challenging customer interactions - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to cooperate and work well with a diverse team - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
