Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through web chat. 2. Assist customers with navigation of our website and online services. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers. 5. Utilize time management skills to efficiently handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience across all channels. 7. Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs. 8. Stay informed on product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Driven and hardworking with a strong desire to succeed. 5. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Demonstrated cooperation and teamwork skills. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 8. Experience with web chat platforms is a plus.
