Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Collibra is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through web chat support - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams - Use strategic planning and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and services through web chat - Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a positive light

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or web chat support role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience with CRM systems or chat software is a plus - Must be dedicated and resilient, with strong strategic planning and time management skills
