Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resilient Support Associate to join our team at AIG, with the opportunity to work remotely from London, England. As an Associate Level Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our customers and clients, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues - Providing product information and assistance with account management - Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate teams - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Meeting and exceeding KPIs and performance targets

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Soft skills in persuasion and problem-solving
