Job Description - Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


Sanmina is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Support Associate to join our remote team in London, England. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 4. Assist with customer onboarding and training when necessary. 5. Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers. 7. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.


Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a customer support or technical support role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. 4. Proficient in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 6. Strong computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
