Job Description - Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Interpublic Group is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients and team members. This role is ideal for a reliable and driven individual with excellent persuasion and time management skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote customer support and assistance to clients - Communicate effectively with clients and team members to troubleshoot issues - Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive support solutions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support activities - Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and overall support processes


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - At least 5 years of experience in a customer support or related role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Proficiency in using support software and tools - Reliable and trustworthy with a high level of professionalism


Soft Skills: - Persuasion: Ability to influence and convince others to take action - Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
