As a Support Representative at Abbott Laboratories, you will be responsible for providing remote support to customers in a timely and efficient manner. Your main goal will be to assist customers with any questions or issues they may have regarding Abbott products or services. This role requires a high level of resilience and motivation, as you will be dealing with a variety of customer inquiries and requests on a daily basis.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues customers may be experiencing. 3. Manage customer accounts and update information as needed. 4. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to customers. 7. Meet weekly and monthly targets for customer satisfaction and resolution times.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with ease. 3. Strong persuasion skills and the ability to effectively manage customer relationships. 4. Proficiency in computer systems and software applications. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. A positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers succeed. 7. Experience working remotely and managing a flexible schedule.
