Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

NVR is seeking a dedicated and reliable Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work in London, England. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Utilize negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. 3. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information about our products and services. 4. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in our chat system. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and support. 6. Proactively suggest improvements to our web chat system and customer service processes.

Requirements: 1. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. 2. Confidence in handling challenging situations and resolving problems with a positive attitude. 3. Strong negotiation skills to effectively address customer needs and concerns. 4. Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 5.
