Job Description:
Hilton is looking for a motivated and hardworking Web Chat Associate to join our remote team in London, England, UK. As a part-time entry-level position, the Web Chat Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our online chat platform. This individual will have the opportunity to work from home and engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance - Utilize active listening and problem-solving skills to effectively communicate with customers - Ensure all interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and address customer concerns - Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards work and customers - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic - Strong leadership and project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and other customer service tools - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Equal opportunity employer
