This is a part-time, remote work position that offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to answer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience and promote customer loyalty. 3. Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively to uphold customer satisfaction. 4.
