Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

PVH is seeking a motivated and energetic Web Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis for remote work in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and questions in a timely manner via web chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Offer personalized assistance to ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Work towards achieving individual and team goals as set by management.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. 4. Demonstrated leadership skills in a team environment. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Proficiency in using web chat software and other relevant tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
