As a Web Chat Manager at FMC Technologies, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our web chat system to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. This is a remote part-time position based in London, England, UK, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority and requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize the web chat platform to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers - Train and supervise a team of chat agents to deliver exceptional customer service - Develop chat scripts and responses to streamline customer interactions and improve conversion rates - Analyze chat data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chat capabilities with other customer service channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat technology - Drive continuous improvement in chat performance metrics, such as response time and resolution rate - Provide regular reports and insights to management on chat performance and customer feedback - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to web chat communications
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a web chat management role - Proficiency in chat software and CRM systems - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Confident and resourceful with a problem-solving mindset - Creative thinking and analytical skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
