Job Description:
As a Web Chat Manager at CVS Health, you will be responsible for managing the web chat team remotely from London, England. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: - Leading and managing a team of web chat agents to ensure excellent customer service and response times - Monitoring chat conversations to ensure quality and accuracy in responses - Developing and implementing chat strategies to drive customer engagement and satisfaction - Analyzing chat data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of chat services with overall customer experience - Handling escalated customer inquiries and issues as needed - Providing regular feedback and coaching to chat agents to improve performance - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web chat management
