Kindred Healthcare is seeking a motivated and adaptable Web Chat Representative to join our remote team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through web chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information through web chat. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Offering product recommendations and assistance with online purchases. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service. 5. Keeping detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions. 6. Continuously learning and staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Adhering to company guidelines and procedures for online communication.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. 3. Excellent planning and organization skills to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. 4. Adaptability to work in a remote environment and respond to changing customer needs. 5.
