Care Assistant - Part Time- Neale Court Care Home in Lincoln LN6, Part of The Country Court Family
Hours: Days 22 Hours per week, working weekends on rota (Shift Times 08:00-20:00 2 shifts per week)Neale Court Care home in Lincoln is a welcoming and homely environment for those with a variety of needs. The home is small and cosy, allowing us to create a real family atmosphere friendly and our compassionate staff led by the Manager are on hand 24 hours a day to ensure that they are safe and well looked after.

Our fantastic staff are at the heart of our homes & provide vital day-to-day support to our residents, so we would love to hear from those who really do want to make a difference to people’s lives. Be no stranger to working night shifts
Have good written & verbal communication skills
Able to engage well with the residents and their families
Have an understanding of people with Dementia.
Experience as a Care Assistant is preferred but not essential
Have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social care or be willing to work towards this. IN RETURN

ABOUT THE CARE ASSISTANT ROLE
Within the Care Assistant role, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Your responsibilities will include: Helping our residents with personal support and care
Aiding their emotional well-being and social needs
Serving meals/drinks and assisted feeding
Interacting with our residents on a personal level
