The successful candidate will primarily oversee breakfast operations and assist with outlet management on occasions. Supervise breakfast service, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction. Train Food & Beverage staff, ensuring high standards of service and product knowledge. Assist with outlet management duties as needed, maintaining service standards. Collaborate with other F&B Leaders with improving service quality and efficiency. Uphold health and safety standards in compliance with company policies and regulations. Previous experience within the F&B industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting. Flexibility to cover the Breakfast & Outlet Manager days off, 2-3 days per week with shifts starting at 6AM . Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including breakfast service.
