Our Permit Rooms are a space dedicated to seriously good food, the most delicious and sincere tipples, great music and good cheer. Previous work experience as a Server/Waiter/Waitress - at least 1 year minimum, in a high volume restaurant environment, following detailed steps of service and managing a busy section.
