Hotel Receptionist - Part-Time

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting our guest, including check and check out procedures and dealing with guest enquires. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered all times in line with our core values and standards and exceeding guest expectations. The perfect candidate will be able to work weekends (Saturday's and Sunday's) with some shifts available mid week. What will I be responsible for as a Receptionist?

• “Making Guests Smile” – provide a warm welcome, genuine care and constantly finding innovative ways to exceed guest expectations.
• Checking guests in and out using Opera PMS, in line with brand standards
• Ensuring all guest charges are accurate and process payments in accordance to company policy
• Handling guest issues in a calm and empathising manner whilst being supported by the shift Duty Manager
• Communicating and liaising with various departments in the hotel to provide guest with a seamless stay.
• Actively promoting our loyalty program, IHG Rewards Club
• Maximising opportunities to generate revenue through upselling.
• Performing reservation arrival checks
