Monday to Friday - Mornings

16,000 for 20 hours per week (FTE 28,000)

Are you looking for an exciting part time role working as part of a friendly and collaborative team? Our client, a well-established global business, is looking for a versatile, proactive Administrator to provide support across the business in their beautiful modern offices in Reigate.

The Role

This is a busy and varied part time role where you will be assisting the Office & HR Manager with all day-to-day activities ensuring the smooth running of the office.

  • Answering switchboard, ordering lunches, booking hotels, ordering stationery/kitchen supplies, managing the post, arranging couriers, booking taxis for colleagues/visitors.
  • Assisting colleagues with questions relating to their company car or mobile phone.
  • Coordinating with IT to order all new hardware for both UK sites.
  • Sending out communications on behalf of the Office & HR Manager to all employees as and when required.
  • Working closely with the Office & HR Manager/Quality Manager to ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met.
  • Assisting with Company events

Skills and experience

This role would suit an energetic professional who can wear multiple hats to manage a wide range of administrative duties. This is very much the "go to" person within the company so if you are friendly, approachable, highly organised and able to prioritise your work, we want to hear from you!
