We are currently seeking a passionate HR Advisor to join a manufacturing business in Leeds on a part-time basis. Reporting into the Chief People Officer and working with the HR team, the HR Advisor will play a pivotal role in promoting a healthy and engaged workforce. Your responsibilities will include handling employee relations, organising staff events, managing communications, collaborating with chosen charity partners, and championing initiatives that enhance overall employee satisfaction and productivity.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on wellbeing, engagement, and employee relations. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels as well as strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
This is a permanent, part-time role based in Leeds, offering £40,000 pro rata.
