HR Assistant – Luxury Brand

PART TIME – 20 HOURS PER WEEK

£32K FTE

6 month FTC

We are partnering with a luxury brand, who require an HR Assistant to join their team on a part time basis, for 6 months. The role is for 20 hours, and can be split across 5,4 or 3 days. You will be required to be in the office for ideally 2 days a week, with sites in north and central London.

As added resource to the People and Development team, you will support across various projects and be a real executor. We are looking for a true generalist who has previous experience of working within a corporate or retail environment.

You will get involved with:

• Reports and data analysis, using the HRIS Workday - Essential that you have previous experience of this HRIS!
• Screening CVs for the TA team
• Managing the HR Inbox and responding to queries efficiently
• Creating dashboards, presentations and decks
• Audit of right to works
• General HR Administration support to the team

We are looking for someone driven and confident who can add real impact to the team. You will have at least 12 months experience as an HR Admin/Assistant/Coordinator within a retail or corporate environment. You will be systems savvy and LOVE data!
