This is a part-time role for a Human Resources Manager at Ali Gibson Support Limited. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development. The role is located in Sheffield, therefore it will require someone who is in commutable distance. A mixture of work from home and office time will be considered. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
