Job Description - People & Payroll Coordinator - Part-Time

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a People & Payroll Coordinator to join their friendly Central Support Team, based out of their Rotherham surgery! This is a part-time job share role, covering 24 hours over 3 days per week, at an hourly rate of £12.79/hour (annual salary of £15,965).

As a key member of their People team, you’ll be an absolute pro at coordinating all the administrative tasks needed to support their hard-working, passionate colleagues across their group. You’ll be a strong multitasker and have razor sharp attention to detail. In this role, you’ll be interacting with many different colleagues throughout their organisation, so great communication skills are an absolute must!

Their ideal candidate will also have some general HR experience, enabling you to assist with any HR queries that come through.

Sue is HR Business Partner and has been with them since the start of this year. Sue is supported by Danielle & Sarah – their People & Payroll Coordinators. Sue, Danielle & Sarah work in the modern, open-plan office above their Rotherham surgery, with many other members of their friendly Central Support team, covering functions such as insurance, finance and facilities management. They’re big on flexible working, so there’s the opportunity to work from home in this role too.
