Digital Marketing Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Northwestern Mutual is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, we require candidates to have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company's website and social media platforms - Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across various channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads - Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels - Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to optimize campaign performance - Work closely with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with at least 4 years of experience - Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and MailChimp - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Driven and hardworking personality traits, with a strong focus on achieving results - Strong decision-making skills and a creative mindset to develop innovative digital marketing campaigns
