Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

AES is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing and possess a strong understanding of current marketing trends and techniques.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and website - Analyze data and metrics to assess the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement - Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends - Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for digital platforms that align with brand objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain competitive - Assist with the planning and execution of online events and promotions - Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on digital platforms - Work closely with internal stakeholders to support overall marketing initiatives

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in digital marketing - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong innovation and time management skills - Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
