Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

ManpowerGroup, a global leader in workforce solutions, is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in London, England. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in digital marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation - Execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and online advertising - Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize results - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital platforms - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to identify new opportunities for growth - Assist in creating and updating content for the company website and social media accounts - Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and sales materials - Provide support for other marketing initiatives and projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in digital marketing - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software - Strong writing and communication skills - Independent and motivated with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Strong planning and organization skills - Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and strategically - Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices - Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
