Remote Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description: Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time position is at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be resilient, motivated, possess strong teamwork skills, and excel in decision-making.

Responsibilities: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions - Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various channels - Analyze and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Assist in the creation and optimization of content for digital platforms - Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on digital channels

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics - Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
