Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Hormel Foods is currently seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of resilience and reliability, as well as have strong soft skills in problem-solving and people management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online engagement and brand awareness - Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms - Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing objectives and messaging - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to make recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 2+ years of experience in digital marketing - Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media advertising platforms - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience with e-commerce platforms and content management systems is a plus
