Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Phillips 66 is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in London, England. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for supporting our digital marketing efforts and initiatives. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, along with a strong understanding of the latest trends and best practices in the industry.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement - Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement - Analyze data and campaign performance to make data-driven recommendations for optimization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology advancements to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain innovative and effective - Assist in creating and editing digital content, such as blog posts, email campaigns, and website copy - Support the team in coordinating and executing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing - Independent and resourceful with the ability to work autonomously - Strong strategic planning and analytical skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and MailChimp - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Experience with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tactics - Experience in B2B marketing is a plus
