Job Description:

As a Remote Digital Marketing Associate at Amgen, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our products and services across various online platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media accounts, analyze data to optimize campaigns, and assist in the execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement with target audiences - Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and email campaigns - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of marketing efforts - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with marketing goals - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing - Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and events - Provide regular updates and reports on marketing performance to stakeholders

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3 years of experience in digital marketing - Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and able to adapt to changing priorities
