Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Stripe in London, England, UK. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on lead generation and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and generate leads. 2. Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google AdWords and social media platforms. 3. Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve conversion rates. 4. Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements. 5. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials. 6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation. 3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media advertising platforms. 6. Energetic and hardworking personality with strong critical thinking and creativity skills.
