Remote Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Monsanto, a leading agricultural company, is seeking a Remote Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be energetic, adaptable, and possess strong teamwork and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote Monsanto's products and services - Manage social media channels and engage with followers to increase brand awareness - Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to optimize marketing strategies - Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals - Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and continuously improve strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools - Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Teamwork and attention to detail soft skills
