Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description:

L-3 Communications is seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing. We are looking for candidates who are independent, hardworking, and possess strong soft skills in persuasion and analysis.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement - Manage social media accounts and create engaging content - Analyze digital marketing metrics and provide reports to senior management - Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive marketing campaigns - Identify and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings - Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and technologies - Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute digital marketing initiatives - Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as email campaigns and website content - Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in digital marketing - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital advertising strategies - Experience with social media management and content creation - A passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility
