Marketing Assistant

As a Marketing Assistant at Simon Property Group in our London, England office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in various initiatives and campaigns. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns - Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities - Manage social media platforms, website content, and email marketing campaigns - Coordinate events and promotions to drive foot traffic and increase sales - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or in a similar role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software tools - Motivated and independent with the ability to work well under pressure - Critical thinking skills and the ability to persuasively present ideas - Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and analytics - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
