Marketing Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team at VF in London, England. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team in executing various marketing strategies and initiatives. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all marketing materials are produced and delivered on time - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights to optimize future campaigns - Support the creation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and advertisements - Assist in organizing and attending marketing events and trade shows - Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals - Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information - Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field - Proven experience in marketing, with a minimum of 4 years of experience - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Resilient and able to work well under pressure - Highly motivated and able to work independently - Persuasion skills and ability to influence others - Strong people management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and marketing tools/software
