Marketing Associate

Job Description:

General Mills is seeking a part-time Marketing Associate to join our team in London, England. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is eager to learn and grow in the field of marketing. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing team in various initiatives to promote our products and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to reach target audiences - Conduct market research and analyze trends to help shape marketing campaigns - Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements - Help manage social media accounts and engage with followers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities - Provide general administrative support to the marketing team

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Resilient and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment - Reliable and able to meet deadlines - Excellent negotiation skills - Strong research skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of social media platforms is a plus
