Remote Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Jones Financial, a leading financial services company based in London, England, is seeking a dedicated and driven Remote Communications Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring messages are clear, consistent, and aligned with company objectives. - Collaborate with various teams to create compelling content for newsletters, social media, and other communication channels. - Monitor and analyze data to track the success of communication efforts and make necessary adjustments for improvement. - Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through various channels. - Assist in organizing and coordinating virtual events, webinars, and other online engagement activities.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail. - Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms. - Innovative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends.
