Communications Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Communications Specialist to join our team at Parker-Hannifin in London, England. As an Entry-Level Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of communication strategies to support the company's goals and objectives. Your main responsibilities will include creating content for various channels, such as social media, press releases, and internal communications, to engage with our target audience. You will also be involved in maintaining relationships with media outlets, coordinating press events, and monitoring the company's public image.

Responsibilities: - Assist in developing communication strategies to promote the company's brand and messaging - Create engaging content for various communication channels - Coordinate press events and manage media relationships - Monitor and analyze communication efforts to evaluate effectiveness - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging - Assist in crisis communication management when needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - 1 year of experience in a communications or marketing role - Driven and independent, with strong attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong cooperation and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
