Job Description:

BlackRock, a leading investment management firm, is seeking an Online Communications Specialist to join our team in London, England. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in online communications.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online communication strategies to increase engagement and visibility for BlackRock. - Manage the company's social media platforms, including creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers. - Monitor and analyze online engagement metrics to inform future communication strategies. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all online channels. - Create and update content for the company website, blog, and other digital platforms. - Respond to inquiries and comments from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online communication.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field. - Confident and reliable individual who can work independently and as part of a team. - Strong people management skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving abilities to address any issues that arise in online communication. - Proficiency in social media management tools and content management systems. - Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
