Online Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Cincinnati Financial is seeking a talented Online Communications Specialist to join our team in London, England. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in online communications and a passion for digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and driven, with strong time management and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement content for the company's website, social media channels, and email campaigns - Monitor and analyze online engagement and traffic to optimize communication strategies - Collaborate with other team members to create cohesive online messaging - Assist in the creation of digital marketing materials such as banners, videos, and ads - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online communications

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 1+ years of experience in online communications or digital marketing - Strong writing and editing skills - Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Experience with content management systems such as WordPress is a plus
