Job Description:

Aflac, a leading insurance company based in London, UK, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking PR Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in public relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement PR strategies to promote Aflac's brand and products. 2. Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials. 3. Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers. 4. Monitor and analyze media coverage and report on PR campaigns. 5. Assist in organizing press events, interviews, and media tours. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. 7. Handle media inquiries and manage crisis communications when necessary. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 2. Excellent communication and writing skills. 3. Strong problem-solving and planning abilities. 4. Proven experience in PR campaigns and media relations. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software. 7. Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing. 8. A creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
