Remote Pr Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Remote PR Associate to join our team at WEC Energy Group in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in public relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's image and brand awareness. 2. Write press releases, articles, and other communication materials for various media outlets. 3. Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders. 4. Monitor and track media coverage and report on PR metrics. 5. Assist in organizing and managing PR events, press conferences, and speaking engagements. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field. 2. Strong communication and writing skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Leadership qualities and the ability to take initiative. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software tools. 7. Experience in crisis management and handling media inquiries is a plus.
