Job Description - Remote Social Media Manager

Job Description:


Kellogg is looking for a dynamic and experienced Remote Social Media Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in social media management and be confident and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create, curate, and manage all published content on social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly - Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align social media efforts with overall brand goals - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices - Manage social media campaigns and promotions - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Support the development of social media advertising campaigns


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in social media management - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong research skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience in people management - Proficiency in social media analytics tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confident and adaptable personality traits
