Job Description:

ExxonMobil is looking for a driven and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, remote position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media strategies align with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 4+ years of experience in social media management - Strong problem-solving and innovation skills - Proven track record of driving results through social media campaigns - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
