Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and dedicated Social Media Manager to join our team at Union Pacific. This is a part-time remote work position based in London, England, UK, with the opportunity for growth within the company. As an Associate Level position, we are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in social media management.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 2. Create content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. 3. Monitor and analyze social media analytics to track performance and optimize strategies. 4. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall company goals. 6. Stay current on social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our online presence. 7. Manage social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Proven experience in social media management. 3. Strong research skills and ability to stay updated on industry trends. 4. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. 6. Highly organized and detail-oriented. 7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
