Location: Lambeth, South East London
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: £100 - £120 per day (Daily supply available)

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a caring and dedicated 1:1 SEN Support Assistant to join their team in September 2025.

This role involves providing tailored, one-to-one support to a pupil with special educational needs, which may include Autism, ADHD, or physical disabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider support staff to help the pupil access the curriculum, develop independence, and thrive in their school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing consistent 1:1 support during lessons and activities

• Assisting with implementing EHCP targets and personalised strategies

• Supporting the pupil's emotional, social, and academic development

• Liaising with teachers and professionals to ensure cohesive support

• Supporting behaviour management and engagement in learning

• Providing care support where necessary

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting

• Calm, patient, and adaptable in approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Passionate about inclusive education and making a difference

• Reliable and committed to supporting the pupil's progress
