Your new role
Provide individualised support to a pupil with SEND, helping them access the curriculum and achieve learning goals.Collaborate closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals.Promote independence, confidence, and emotional well-being.Implement personalised learning strategies and behaviour support plans.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working with children with SEND, particularly in a 1:1 capacity.A calm and nurturing approach to support learning and development.Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3, or equivalent experience).
