Position: Academic Teaching Assistant

Location: Lambeth

Contract: Full-time, Long-Term Contract

Payscale: £105-£120 per day (Mon-Fri, term-time only)

Role and Responsibilities for an Academic Teaching Assistant:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth
Use a variety of strategies and resources to inspire curiosity and facilitate active learning
Assess student progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure student success
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative learning communityQualifications and Requirements for a Academic Teaching Assistant:

1st Class / 2:1 Degree from reputable university
Strong academics across the board
Experience working with Secondary-aged students
Strong knowledge of the Secondary curriculum and effective teaching practices
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
